Discovery & Product Strategy
The project began with a deep discovery phase to understand how users manage personal finances and budgets on mobile. We identified a key need for a simple yet intelligent financial assistant that helps users track expenses, set saving goals, and share budgets with family members. Through stakeholder workshops and user research, I defined the core feature set, created detailed requirement documentation, and aligned the product roadmap with business goals.

Design & Development
After defining the product vision, I led UX/UI design collaboration to create a clean and intuitive mobile experience. The design focused on clarity, accessibility, and data visualization for easy expense tracking. The development phase included building the mobile app in Flutter and the backend with Symfony 6, integrating secure APIs for authentication, transaction tracking, and budget analytics. I ensured scalability and real-time data synchronization between devices.

Launch & Results
The app launched successfully, providing users with a powerful yet user-friendly budgeting tool. FinShare now helps users automatically categorize expenses, visualize spending trends, and collaborate on shared financial goals. Post-launch, I worked on performance optimization, analytics setup, and feedback-driven improvements to enhance user retention and engagement.
