This project started with a blunt observation: most small landlords run their business like it’s still 1998—paper receipts, chaotic messaging, and zero visibility into late payments. I researched common pain points across property owners and tenants, analyzed competitor shortcomings, and set a clear product goal: give landlords operational clarity while giving tenants a painless communication channel. The strategy prioritized features that replace the most time-draining manual tasks: rent tracking, unit management, tenant profiles, and in-app maintenance requests.

UX UI Design
The UX approach focused on reducing friction. Landlords shouldn’t have to tap 30 times to add a tenant or log a payment. I structured a clean information hierarchy: dashboard for key insights, property pages for unit details, and dedicated tenant profiles for status visibility. The UI uses concise layouts, high-contrast typography, and a modern neutral palette to project trust and professionalism. Interactive elements like quick-action cards and guided forms ensure that even non-tech-savvy users can operate easily.

Results
The final design improves how property managers handle daily tasks — faster onboarding of new tenants, clearer financial tracking, and a centralized record of maintenance activities. This concept demonstrates a scalable solution that reduces operational chaos and elevates the tenant–landlord experience into something actually organized.
